This drive comes with the New Windows 11 Pro Already Installed And Activated. It should work in any PC from 2012 and newer that had the bios updated if possible. We had this running flawless in a PC with a motherboard from 2012, a 3rd gen intel i5, 8GB of DDR3 RAM and only TMP 1.2, not 2.0. All we had to do was pop in the ssd and turn on the pc. Though keep in mind that we can't guarantee that you won't need to update your bios first or change some settings in the bios or that you will not have any issues what so ever, Windows 11 is still a brand new operating system that technically hasn't even launched yet so some hiccups are to be expected. We will help as much as we can though if you message with questions. Also again, this is FULLY activated. You will not need to buy an activation key or anything else like that to activate this. You also do not already need to have windows 10 installed. The biggest thing you need to do is make sure UEFI is enabled in the bios.
